Terms of Service

By accessing or using adamleung.cn, the Daily AI News demonstration, or an associated AI feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This is a personal portfolio and demonstration service operated by Adam Leung. It includes project information, a read-only archive of selected Daily AI News emails, and access to an AI assistant. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

The Daily AI News integration uses authorization granted by the Google Account owner to retrieve emails matching a configured sender and subject pattern. It does not provide Gmail write actions. The account owner is responsible for maintaining the authorization, selecting appropriate messages for display, and ensuring that public display of the selected newsletter content is permitted.

Access may stop if Google authorization expires, is revoked, or becomes unavailable. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Gmail or continued availability of any archived message.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and are provided for informational and demonstration purposes. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. You are responsible for independently verifying important information and for decisions made using generated content.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass usage or security controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, scrape it at a disruptive rate, impersonate others, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights. Automated access must respect published technical controls and reasonable rate limits.

Where an account is provided, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed through that account. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Access may be limited or terminated to protect the service or enforce these terms.

The website design, original text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless stated otherwise. Newsletter content, linked articles, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links and integrations with Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, AI providers, and other services do not imply endorsement, and those services are governed by their own terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation to the extent permitted by law. No service-level commitment is offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply to you.
